Ballymaloe has been making their Original Relish for over 30 years, using the original recipe of tomatoes, sultanas and a carefully picked blend of spices. All Ballymaloe products are made from 100% natural ingredients.

Ballymaloe Original Sauce is made from an old family recipe, rich in tomatoes and may be used to enhance the flavors of cold meats, cheeses, french fries, deep fried fish, burgers, pork and sausage.

Storage – Once opened, store in a cool place and use within six months.
